Description of Contest/Participation. A. Dates of Contest: The Contest will begin October 1, 2007 and end on or about November 30, 2007. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entrants and the number of votes received. B. How to enter: Engaged couples, where both individuals are 18 years or older and meet all other eligibility requirements, must complete the following submission steps to be officially entered in the contest: -Log on www.cincybridalidol.com (the “contest website”)and follow the steps to sign up by completing the entry form and posting the two to three minute video on www.YouTube.com (“YouTube”). -Each couple must fill out the profile and registration information completely via the contest website, and agree to follow any guidelines, policies and terms of use set by YouTube. Although YouTube is being used in the Contest, YouTube is not a sponsor or otherwise affiliated with the Contest. -Couples must submit a two to three minute video to be posted on YouTube. The video is to be a showcase of the engaged couple to be voted on by the general public. Video content is to consist of why the couple should be chosen as “America’s Favorite Engaged Couple”. For example, the proposal caught on video, singing, dancing, etc. Use your talents. HINT: Remember, we are looking for the PERFECT COUPLE to win BRIDAL IDOL, so use this video to convince the general voting public that YOU ARE AMERICA’S FAVORITE COUPLE! The winning couple will be determined by the highest number of votes submitted via www.cincybridalidol.com. One vote per email address only. Once the on-line entry form is completed and the video is uploaded to YouTube via www.cincybridalidol.com, the couple will be considered “entered” in the contest, subject to the rules of the Contest. The deadline for all entry materials is 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 19, 2007. Bridal and Formal may or may not extend the deadline at its sole discretion without warning or notice. By providing the entry elements described above, and officially entering this contest, both individuals in the couple agree to: allow Bridal and Formal to broadcast on-air and on-line all information provided for the purposes of promoting the contest, and accept and acknowledge the rules, regulations, restrictions and prize description “as is.” BRIDAL AND FORMAL AND OTHER CONTRIBUTORS TO THE CONTEST EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Methodology as of November 20, 2007 (subject to change without notice). Once all videos have been posted to You Tube, Bridal and Formal will activate the on-line voting system. Voters will be directed to www.cincybridalidol.com to see the videos and place their vote for their favorite. Voting will be open from or around 12:00 a.m. EST, November 20, 2007 through 11:59 p.m. EST December 1, 2007. One vote will be accepted per identifiable email address only. It is impossible to reset your vote once submitted. The winning couple will be announced the week of December 3, 2007. The winning couple will be contacted via telephone and confirmed with a follow up email. 2. Prize(s). A complete description of all elements award in this contest is as follows: Wedding Attire from Bridal and Formal:($2,000)

The prize elements will be awarded as described herein (subject to legal restrictions, taxes, blackout dates etc). Any modifications desired by the winning couple will result in an added expense to winner and are not the responsibility of Bridal and Formal or any of contributors to the Contest. If the winners choose not to accept any elements awarded as part of this prize package, the winners understand that Bridal and Formal or any of the contributors to the Contest are not required to offer replacement elements. Furthermore, Bridal and Formal and all the contributors to the Contest are not responsible for any difficulties of any kind whatsoever experienced by the winning couple due to modifications they make to the Prize(s) awarded. The elements of the Prize are non-transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. If the winning couple is disqualified or is found to be ineligible for the contest, Bridal and Formal reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award the Prize, at its sole discretion. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 18-years old as determined by the Company. Residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and any United States territory are ineligible, as well as residents of any other jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants much have an active social security number, and be able to present the original social security card and valid ID to contest officials before the prize will be awarded. Only one (1) entry per engaged couple. Employees of the Company, the other contributors to the Contest and their advertising agencies, [employees of other radio or television stations], and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. 4. Telephone and Delivery Disclaimer. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. 5. Publicity; Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, video tapes and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes. 6. Release. By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Company and other contributors to the Contest and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company. 7. Taxes. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Applicable tax forms will be provided and filed as required by law. 8. Conduct and Decisions. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 9. Miscellaneous. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company’s release form to claim the prize. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time as posted on www.cincybridalidol.com. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. For a copy of the rules, or where required by law, a list of winners, visit the business office of Bridal and Formal during normal business hours or mail a written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to Bridal and Formal’s address, listed above. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned. To be removed from our direct mail, email or fax lists, visit the main office of the Company during regular business hours, or send a self addressed stamped envelope with contest name to Bridal and Formal, 300 West Benson Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215. 10. Compliance with Law. The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable federal and state laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. 11. Disclaimer. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations or deposit refunds. No cash value. Non transferrable.
